33.3 km on solar energy > Alentejo, Portugal

33.3 km. Driving through the Alentejo hills (south Portugal). On solar energy. Yesterday.
Garmin GPS Torrao
With reasonably clouded weather, mostly at half speed, in a hilly environment, it’s not bad. Especially when you have in mind that the solar mobile + Graziella caravan weigh 1200 kg in total!

Today the weather is quite stormy. Tomorrow the batteries will be fully charged again on solar energy. Then it’s on the road again, to Odivelas, to further explore this beautiful, deserted area. The political crisis remains unnoticed here, between the old olive trees. They just grow, at their own pace.On the road in Alentejo

    Hoi Mieke,
Ik blijf tot medio mei in deze contreien. Daarna is het weer in noord Europa weer wat geschikter voor de zonnemobiel :-) groeten! Ingrid

    No, it doesn’t. You’re just a spammer :-)
For this one time I approved a spam comment, for people to see what a pity it is to try to draw attention to ones web site this way. And, well, I changed this guys URL (in the WordPress backend) as well, so it doesn’t really work.

Getting out of your comfort zone is a challenge, but chances are big you will become a lot happier as well :-)
I know. It’s risky. Good luck.
